20 mm Rubber Tiles
Available in our Egyptian range. Our export references include black and grey tiles supplied to Saudi Arabia, and green, grey and black tiles supplied to Uruguay.
30 mm Rubber Tiles
Available in our Egyptian range. Our Libya export record includes six containers in total of black 30 mm tiles during 2025–2026.
40 mm Rubber Tiles
Available for supply according to the required colour and quantity. Share your application and technical requirements before product approval.
50 mm Rubber Tiles
Available within our tile range. Confirm the intended use, installation system and required performance for the proposed reference.
A thicker tile does not automatically establish suitability for dropped weights or a specific playground fall height. Product selection should use the relevant specifications and applicable test results.
Black, Coloured & Speckled Rubber Tiles
Specify the finish and quantity needed for each colour. Where colour matching is important, review a sample of the proposed reference before confirming the order.
Black Rubber Tiles
Plain black tiles are available in the Egyptian manufacturing range, according to the required thickness and quantity.
Coloured Rubber Tiles
Grey, green and red options are available in the Egyptian range. Yellow and blue are also available in the corresponding China-manufactured range.
Speckled Rubber Tiles
Speckled black finishes are available. Our Cairo gym project used black tiles with grey speckles alongside plain black.

A 600 m² Gym Flooring Project
In September 2026, Sport Floor installed rubber tiles across a 600 m² gym in Cairo. The project used 20 and 25 mm tiles in plain black and black with grey speckles.
This project provides an example of our tiles in a completed fitness facility. Availability of a particular thickness, including 25 mm, must be confirmed for each new order.
International orders cover product supply. Overseas installation is not included.
Rubber Tiles Factory Production in Egypt
We manufacture rubber tiles in Egypt. Orders are defined by the agreed dimensions, thickness, finish, colour and quantity. The photographs below show our production and product preparation.
The indicative manufacturing period is approximately one week to ten days. It varies with order quantity and specifications. Send your quantities for confirmation of the production schedule.
Manufacturing time is separate from transit time. Shipment timing is confirmed according to the departure location, destination and agreed transport arrangements.

Calculate Your Tile Quantity
500 × 500 mm Tiles
Each tile covers 0.25 m². Four tiles cover one square metre before allowing for cutting and waste.
For example, 100 m² requires 400 tiles before the final layout and cutting allowance are reviewed.
1,000 × 1,000 mm Tiles
Each tile covers one square metre. This format is available in the corresponding China-manufactured range.
Final quantities depend on the floor dimensions, layout, colour allocation and required cuts.
The product sheet for the 20 mm tile states a weight of 18 kg/m², equivalent to 4.5 kg per 500 × 500 mm tile. Confirm the ordered reference and total packed weight before arranging transport.

Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing and installation defects for the corresponding products and works.
For export product orders, manufacturing defect warranty terms are specified in the supply offer and contract. Overseas installation is not included.

Rubber Floor Tiles
Individual units in defined dimensions, with multiple thicknesses and finishes. Quantities can be specified by tile count or floor area.
Rubber Flooring Rolls
Our Egyptian rolls are available in a 1.20 m width, with lengths made to order and thicknesses of 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm.

Egyptian tiles are available in 500 × 500 mm dimensions. The corresponding China-manufactured range includes 500 × 500 mm and 1,000 × 1,000 mm tiles.
What thicknesses do you supply?
Our Egyptian tile range includes 20, 30, 40 and 50 mm. The China-manufactured range includes 15, 20, 30, 40 and 50 mm. Special requests require confirmation.
How many tiles cover one square metre?
Four 500 × 500 mm tiles cover one square metre. One 1,000 × 1,000 mm tile covers one square metre, before cutting and waste allowances.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We do not impose a fixed minimum purchase quantity. For smaller international orders, review transport costs when assessing the total order value.
Where are the tiles using German materials manufactured?
The corresponding range is manufactured in China using German materials. The finished product is manufactured in China.
Can you supply directly from China?
Yes, for products in the corresponding range. Product details, quantities, destination and shipment terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Which tile thickness should I choose for a gym?
Selection depends on equipment loads, training activity, expected impacts and the supporting floor. Send the intended use so the proposed reference can be reviewed.
Can rubber tiles be used for children’s play areas?
Suitability must be established for the specific product and system, including the required fall height and applicable test evidence. Thickness alone does not establish compliance.
Are all tiles suitable for outdoor use?
Outdoor suitability must be confirmed for the proposed reference. Provide exposure conditions, base details and drainage requirements before approving the product.
Can the tiles be installed without adhesive?
The fixing method depends on the tile design, supporting surface, perimeter conditions and intended use. Adhesive-free installation should not be assumed for every product.
How long does manufacturing take?
